I am a wild mix of passions and strengths; seemingly unconnected but yet all flowing to feed the same river. I find beauty in French film director, Robert Bresson’s, prompt to, “Make visible what, without you, might perhaps never have been seen.” I would build on his statement to also encompass the idea that we should all live to make possible what, without us, might perhaps never have been felt or experienced. This is what connects all that I am – I consciously strive to create impactful visions, moments, and emotions, that without me, may not have existed; whether that be a piece of art, a warm memory for my family, or a smile for a stranger. If my life was summed up in an image it would be an explosion of color – varying moments of light and dark, highs and lows, intensity and tranquility – extreme opposites and everything in between all mixed together to create one dynamic and authentic life.
